Education around nutrition is often a very confusing space for many. My philosophy is keeping it simple and balanced. 

Knowing the basics and following some key tips will give you the tools you need to create balance and leave you feeling healthy and full of energy.

My aim is to educate you on macronutrients and what your body needs to be fuelled accordingly. Our requirements are individual and not one specific diet/meal plan will work for you. 

Learning about what nutrients are in foods, the importance of the food groups and why we need certain foods to live an active lifestyle. Education on how to nourish your body correctly for exercise is also important and an area that I can help you to achieve your goals.
